Eligible for Return or Refund

1. New Tires, Engine Oils, and Car Accessories

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• A 10% restocking fee may apply.

2. Used Tires

• Sales of used tires are final, except in cases where:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival, or

  • The item differs significantly from its description.

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographic evidence.

3. Car Accessories and Engine Oils

• May be returned within 7 days if the items are sealed, unused, and undamaged.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

• Second-hand vehicles: All vehicle sales are final and sold in as-is condition, with no warranty unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Custom orders or specially requested items

Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

• Clear photographic evidence is required.

• Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refund Procedure

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original method of payment.

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer both domestic and international shipping.

• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

• Riraku Global is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen events.

5. Second-hand Vehicle Sales

• All sales of used vehicles are final and non-refundable.

• Vehicles are sold in as-is condition, without warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

• The buyer is responsible for conducting inspections, test drives, and understanding applicable legal and registration requirements prior to purchase.

6. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to use our services in a lawful manner. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Riraku Global’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
