  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer a range of shipping options depending on the item type, destination, and customer preference.

Domestic (Japan):

  • Shipped via major domestic carriers such as Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 5 business days depending on location and product size.

International:

  • Shipped via international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, EMS (Japan Post), or other specialized freight companies.

  • Delivery times vary based on destination country and customs procedures. Estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided by quotation for larger or special-order items.

  • Rates depend on package dimensions, weight, shipping method, and destination.

  • For oversized or heavy items such as tires or car parts, additional handling or freight fees may apply.


4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and carrier information will be provided by email.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the status of their shipment.


5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (for International Orders)

  • Riraku Global is not responsible for customs clearance procedures, delays, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

  • All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


6. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier first. We will assist with claims as necessary.


7. Shipping of Second-Hand Vehicles

  • Shipping of used vehicles is arranged separately through licensed freight forwarders or shipping agents.

  • Vehicle shipping is not included in the listed product price unless explicitly stated.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method and arranging necessary import documents and customs procedures in their country.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

  • Riraku Global is not responsible for delivery errors or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a shipment is returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
